Whilst IE7+ has been an improvement on previous versions, and IE8 looks to be an improvement on that, some of the more improved features are best viewed on non-IE browsers.

We are
trying to help user's avoid getting stung in this very dangerous World Wide Web by showing
them some of the safer, security concious browsers currently in circulation.
Depending on the browser's age, the bar may appear differently. In general it will be a yellow bar at the top of the page (or wherever you place it), however in the later browser it will stay at the top when they scroll down and in some will be translucent. (Effectively more annoying because they are still sticking to IE)
If you are an Internet Explorer user you will have noticed a bar at the top of the page! If you are not an Internet explorer user, the bar at the top of their page looks something like this:
